If you don't have non-stick molds, you can substitute simple dessert cups that have been greased with butter and dusted with flour.
Ingredients
- Liquid dark chocolate 5 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Raw cane sugar 5 oz
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Whole egg 3 pieces
- Wheat Flour 2 spoons
- Salt a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Melt the chocolate with the butter using a double boiler.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar, then carefully combine everything. Add the flour and salt, and mix in one direction.
Step 3
Pour into non-stick molds and bake for 7–10 minutes at a temperature of 390°F.
