- Activated Baking Soda ½ teaspoon

Preheat the oven to 390°F.

Melt and cool the butter.
Step 3
Mix the butter with sugar and the egg. Add the milk.
Step 4
Sift the milk with salt.
Step 5
Combine the dry and wet mixtures.
Step 6
Add the baking soda and mix well.
Step 7
Then fill the muffin cups with the batter, placing the filling: fill the cup halfway, place a piece of chocolate in the middle, and cover with the remaining batter.
Step 8
Bake at 390°F for 20-25 minutes. Check readiness with a toothpick.
Step 9
When the muffins are ready, remove them from the cups and dust with powdered sugar.
