Chocolate Eggs Candy
Ingredients
- Condensed Milk 5 oz
- Honey 0.7 tablespoons
- Butter 0 oz
- Powdered Sugar 15 oz
- Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
- Yellow Sugar to taste
- Bittersweet Chocolate 10 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Melt the butter over low heat, making sure it does not boil.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, mix honey, condensed milk, sugar, vanilla, and food coloring, then add the melted butter and knead until smooth.
Step 3
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and leave it at room temperature for at least 4 hours.
Step 4
Break the chocolate into small pieces and melt it in a double boiler.
Step 5
Shape the honey mixture into egg-shaped candies and coat them with the glaze: use a fork to dip the candies into the chocolate. Leave the candies at room temperature to form a sugar crust.
Step 6
Place the candies on parchment paper until fully set.
