Ingredients
- Cottage cheese 0 lbs
- Powdered Sugar 1 cup
- Sweet Cream Butter 20 oz
- Caramel Syrup to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pass the cottage cheese through a fine sieve.
Step 2
Then mix it with powdered sugar and chocolate essence.
Step 3
Combine the cottage cheese mixture with softened chocolate butter and mix thoroughly until smooth.
Step 4
Line a mold with damp cheesecloth.
Step 5
Place the chocolate mixture into the mold and cover with the hanging ends.
Step 6
Put the mold in a pot, place a weight on top, and refrigerate for 8–10 hours.
Step 7
Before serving, invert the Easter dessert onto a plate and decorate with syrup.
