Ingredients
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Dry yeast 0 oz
- Farm fresh eggs 2 pieces
- Chocolate 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 10 oz

Step 1
Warm the milk.
Step 2
In the warm milk, add the yeast, sugar, and eggs. Mix thoroughly.
Step 3
Slowly add the flour while constantly stirring to avoid lumps.
Step 4
Place the dough in a warm place for an hour until it rises. The dough should be sticky but hold some shape.
Step 5
Shape the dough into balls, cutting a hole in the center of each ball (using a small lid, for example).
Step 6
Fry the donuts in hot oil, cooking each side for 7-10 seconds.
Step 7
Place the donuts on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
Step 8
While the donuts cool, melt the chocolate in a saucepan. Dip each donut on one side into the chocolate.
Step 9
Once the chocolate cools, you can sprinkle with powdered sugar, nuts, or any topping.
