Ingredients
- Sour Cream 15 oz
- Cocoa Powder 2 tablespoons
- Sugar 4 tablespoons
- Vanilla salt 0 oz
- Gelatin 0 oz
- Chocolate 1 piece
- Baileys Liqueur 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the sour cream with sugar, vanilla sugar, cocoa, and 30 ml of liqueur, whisking well until smooth.
Step 2
Separately, pour boiling water over the gelatin in a 1:10 ratio. Stir. Then combine both mixtures and whisk well.
Step 3
Pour into molds and leave to set in the refrigerator, then decorate with grated chocolate.
