
Chocolate Cups with Banana Mousse

If you put the mousse in the freezer, you can get a wonderful parfait.
Ingredients
- 10% cream 10 fl oz
- Vanilla extract to taste
- Farm fresh eggs 2 pieces
- Sugar 3 tablespoons
- Chocolate 10 oz
- Bananas 2 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Melt the chocolate in a water bath.
Step 2
Pour the melted chocolate into muffin molds and place in the freezer for 1 hour.
Step 3
Combine the cream, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar, and whip.
Step 4
Separate the egg whites and yolks.
Step 5
Add the yolks to the cream mixture.
Step 6
In a separate bowl, whip the egg whites and gently fold them into the mixture.
Step 7
Make a puree from the bananas, a blender can be used.
Step 8
Combine the banana puree with the prepared mousse.
Step 9
Place the mousse in the refrigerator to cool.
Step 10
Then spoon the mousse into the chocolate cups.
