Recipe for making <a href="https://eda.ru/recepty/vypechka-deserty/bistraja-shokoladnaja-glazur-26709">quick chocolate glaze</a>

Ingredients

  • Cocoa Powder ¾ cup
  • Wheat Flour 1½ cups
  • Sugar 1½ cups
  • Baking Powder ¾ teaspoon
  • Activated Baking Soda 1½ teaspoons
  • Salt ¾ teaspoon
  • Water ¾ cup
  • Farm fresh eggs 2 pieces
  • Buttermilk ¾ cup
  • Safflower Oil 3 tablespoons
  • Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
  • White Chocolate 0 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 355°F. Take a muffin tin and place a paper liner in each cup.

Step 2

In a bowl, mix together cocoa, flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Add the eggs one at a time, then the warm water, buttermilk, sunflower oil, and vanilla. Beat for about 3 minutes until a soft batter forms.

Step 3

Divide the batter among the liners, filling them two-thirds full, and bake for about 20 minutes until done, checking with a toothpick. Cool in the pan for 15 minutes and transfer to a plate.

Step 4

Spread the glaze on top of the cupcakes (see notes) to create a smooth and even surface, and let it set for 30 minutes.

Step 5

Meanwhile, melt the white chocolate in a double boiler. Let it cool slightly and transfer to a parchment pastry bag. Make a small hole. Use the chocolate to draw patterns or write on the glaze.
