- Farm fresh eggs 2 pieces

Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a deep bowl, mix the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
Step 2
Add the butter and rub it by hand into crumbs.
Step 3
Add the eggs and mix well. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for a couple of hours.
Step 4
Roll small balls from the dough, coat them in powdered sugar, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F for 8–10 minutes.
