Ingredients
- Milk 20 fl oz
- Wheat Flour 0 oz
- Egg white 2 pieces
- Sugar 5 oz
- Vanilla salt 0 oz
- Heavy cream 10 oz
- Chocolate 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pour the egg yolks into 100 ml of milk and add the flour, mixing thoroughly.
Step 2
Bring the remaining milk with sugar and added vanilla sugar to a boil, then add the milk with the yolks and flour, and while constantly whisking, cook the cream in a water bath until it reaches a thick consistency.
Step 3
When the cream stops thickening, place the container in cool or cold water while continuing to stir the cream to prevent a film from forming on top.
Step 4
After that, cover the cream with a lid.
Step 5
In the already cooled cream, add half of the whipped cream, and place it in glasses or compote bowls.
Step 6
Slightly sweeten the remaining whipped cream (1 teaspoon of sugar), before serving, place it in a pastry bag with a decorative tip, cover the top of the cream with whipped cream, and decorate with well-drained cherries or sour cherries from canned compote (fresh strawberries or raspberries).
Step 7
Before serving, refrigerate the cream for a few hours.
Step 8
Decorate with fruits just before serving.
