- Raw cane sugar ¼ cup
- Palm Sugar ¾ cup
- Powdered Sugar ½ teaspoon
- Honey 0 oz
- Coconut Milk 3 tablespoons
- Vanilla extract 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
First, mix the flour with cocoa powder, baking soda, powdered sugar, and cane sugar. Then add the milk, eggs, and vanilla extract — beat until smooth.
Step 2
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spoon the dough (shaped like cookies) onto it. Place in a preheated oven at 355°F (350 degrees Fahrenheit) and bake for 15 minutes until partially cooked.
Step 3
For the cream (ingredients after powdered sugar). Mix the oil, vanilla, and honey. Whip for 2–3 minutes until creamy. Place the cream on one cookie, then top with another. Once all cookies are ready, refrigerate for 15–20 minutes.
