Chocolate Cookies with Glaze
Ingredients
- Butter 5 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Vanilla salt 1 teaspoon
- Salt a pinch
- Milk 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Whip everything in a bowl until the mixture becomes light.
Step 2
Add 250 grams of flour and 2–3 tablespoons of cocoa powder (gradually, in portions, through a sieve).
Step 3
Knead the dough and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Step 4
Roll out between plastic wrap (this prevents the dough from sticking to the rolling pin and the work surface).
Step 5
Cut out shapes and carefully place them on parchment paper.
Step 6
Bake for 10–12 minutes at 390°F.
Step 7
Once cooled, dip half of each cookie in chocolate glaze.
