- Melted Cheese ½ cup
- Brown Sugar ½ cup
- Sugar ½ cup
- Farm fresh eggs 2 pieces
- Vanilla extract ½ teaspoon
- Cocoa Powder ¼ cup
- Wheat Flour 1¾ cups
- Salt ¼ teaspoon
- Mini Chocolate Chips 1 cup
- Marshmallow 1 cup
- Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375°F (375 degrees Fahrenheit) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl, mix together the melted butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then add the vanilla.
Step 2
In another bowl, mix together the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder. Add this mixture to the butter, sugar, and egg mixture. Finally, fold in the marshmallows and chocolate chips.
Step 3
Bake for 8–10 minutes. Allow the cookies to cool before removing them from the baking sheet.
