- Wheat Flour 5 tablespoons
- Butter 10 oz
- Cocoa Powder 2 tablespoons
- Vinegar essence 1 teaspoon
- Egg white 1 piece
- Salt a pinch
- Chopped almonds 2 tablespoons
- Activated Baking Soda a pinch
- Apricot Jam 2 tablespoons

Step 1
Beat the butter with powdered sugar.
Step 2
Add cocoa powder to the whipped mixture. Mix thoroughly, then add the egg, salt, baking soda, and vinegar, followed by the flour. Knead the dough.
Step 3
Pipe the dough from a pastry bag through a star tip onto a baking sheet. Decorate the center of the flower with almonds or apricot jam. For the petals, you can make a glaze from egg white and powdered sugar.
Step 4
Bake at 430°F (428 degrees Fahrenheit) for about 20 minutes.
