- Liquid dark chocolate 5 oz
- White Chocolate 0 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 1 tablespoon
- White Beans ¼ piece
- Instant coffee ½ teaspoon
- Ground Cinnamon 0.1 teaspoon
- Star anise 0.1 teaspoon
- Nutmeg 0.1 teaspoon
- Cardamom 0.1 teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the vanilla bean lengthwise and extract the seeds.
Step 2
Whisk together the egg, sugar, and vanilla seeds.
Step 3
Melt 120 grams of dark chocolate in a double boiler. Add the butter.
Step 4
Using a silicone spatula, fold the egg mixture into the chocolate.
Step 5
Chop the white chocolate into small pieces and fold it into the slightly cooled dough.
Step 6
Add the remaining ingredients.
Step 7
Shape into a log and wrap in plastic wrap.
Step 8
Chill and slice into disks about 1 cm thick.
Step 9
Bake in the oven at 355°F for 10 minutes.
