Ingredients
- Sugar 5 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Vanilla salt 2 teaspoons
- Egg white 1 piece
- Cocoa Powder 3 tablespoons
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
- Raisins 5 oz
- Chocolate 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Thoroughly cream the butter with sugar and vanilla sugar.
Step 2
Beat in the egg, add raisins and cocoa, and quickly whisk with a fork or whisk.
Step 3
Add baking powder and flour, knead into a stiff dough.
Step 4
Leave it in a cool place for about 20–30 minutes.
Step 5
Roll out the dough and cut out circles with a glass.
Step 6
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or generously grease it with vegetable oil, place the dough circles on it, and put it in a preheated oven at 355°F.
Step 7
You can add various spices — cinnamon, nutmeg.
Step 8
Bake for 20 minutes. Melt the chocolate in a water bath, stirring with a wooden spoon.
Step 9
Use a pastry syringe to decorate the finished cookies with chocolate.
Step 10
Cool and serve with tea.
