Chocolate Coffee Truffles
Ingredients
- Liquid dark chocolate 10 oz
- Butter 6 tablespoons
- 33% Cream ½ cup
- Instant coffee 4 teaspoons
- Salt ¼ teaspoon
- Cocoa Powder 1 cup
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Break the chocolate into small pieces and place it in a food processor with the butter. Blend until smooth.
Step 2
In a small saucepan, combine the cream, coffee, and salt. Bring to a boil and pour over the chocolate. Blend again and transfer to a bowl. Let it cool in a cool place for 2 hours.
Step 3
Grease a large baking sheet with butter and line it with parchment paper.
Step 4
Transfer the mixture to a piping bag and pipe small cones. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
Step 5
Sift the cocoa powder and roll the truffles one by one, placing them on a plate.
