Chocolate Coffee Parfait
Ingredients
- Chocolate Sauce 4½ cups
- Espresso 0 fl oz
- Whipped Cream 6 tablespoons
- Instant coffee 2 tablespoons
- Ground Cinnamon ¾ teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a bowl, mix the slightly softened ice cream and instant coffee until smooth. Spoon a small amount of the mixture into 6 parfait glasses. Pour 1 teaspoon of cold espresso into each glass. Then add another layer of ice cream followed by more coffee. Repeat the layers, finishing with ice cream on top.
Step 2
Cover and place in the freezer until set.
Step 3
Before serving, top with whipped cream and sprinkle with cinnamon.
