Ingredients
- Cocoa Powder 0,6 glasses
- Wheat Flour 1¾ glasses
- Brown Sugar ¾ glasses
- Baking Powder 1 tablespoon
- Instant coffee ¾ spoons
- Salt ¾ spoons
- Activated Baking Soda 1 tablespoon
- Mini Chocolate Chips 5 oz
- Large eggs 2 pieces
- Milk 1 glass
- Vanilla salt 2 spoons
- Vinegar essence 2 spoons
- Butter 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 390°F. Grease a muffin tin with butter or place a paper liner in each cup.
Step 2
In a bowl, combine cocoa powder, flour, sugar, baking powder, coffee, baking soda, salt, and chocolate chips.
Step 3
In another bowl, beat the eggs, milk, vanilla, and vinegar together. Add the dry ingredients and softened butter. Mix everything well.
Step 4
Distribute the dough into the molds and bake for 20-25 minutes until done, checking with a toothpick.
Step 5
Cool in the mold for 5 minutes, then transfer to a serving plate for 15 minutes. Serve afterwards.
