- Egg white 1 piece
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Cocoa Powder 3 tablespoons
- Baking Powder 1 teaspoon

Mix the butter, sugar, and vanilla sugar.

Add the egg and mix well.
Step 3
Then add the cocoa powder, baking powder, and flour.
Step 4
Roll out the dough and cut out circles or any other shapes.
Step 5
Place in a preheated oven at 355°F for 20 minutes. This makes about 16 cookies.
