Ingredients
- White Chocolate 5 oz
- Liquid dark chocolate 5 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Baking Powder 1 tablespoon
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Honey 0 oz
- Farm fresh eggs 3 pieces
- Water 5 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cream the butter with the sugar (it's better to warm the butter in the microwave for 30 seconds).
Step 2
Break the chocolate into pieces about 0.5 cm.
Step 3
Beat the eggs and add the chocolate pieces.
Step 4
Add the butter and sugar mixture to the eggs with chocolate. Mix everything thoroughly.
Step 5
Add a cup of flour (250 grams) and a tablespoon of baking powder to the mixture.
Step 6
Grease the muffin tins with butter and fill them with the batter to 2/3 full.
Step 7
Preheat the oven to 390°F (about 400 degrees Fahrenheit) and bake the muffins for 25 minutes (check readiness with a toothpick).
Step 8
While the muffins are baking, make the honey syrup by mixing 50 grams of honey with warm water (100 ml).
Step 9
Once baked, remove the muffins from the tins and let them sit for 5–10 minutes.
Step 10
Then dip each muffin in the honey syrup for 3–5 seconds.
