Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 15 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Brown Sugar 5 oz
- Farm fresh eggs 2 pieces
- Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
- Salt ½ teaspoon
- Vanilla salt 1 teaspoon
- Mini Chocolate Chips 5 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Step 2
Add eggs and butter to the dry mixture. Knead into a soft dough.
Step 3
Add chocolate chips to the dough and mix again.
Step 4
Divide the dough into 2 parts, roll each into a log, wrap in plastic wrap, and place in the freezer until firm.
Step 5
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 6
Cut the firm dough into pieces about 8 mm thick and place them spaced apart on the baking sheet.
Step 7
Bake for 10–15 minutes at a temperature of 190–390°F.
Step 8
Transfer the finished cookies to a wire rack to cool.
