
Chocolate Chip and Cashew Cookies

Description
These cookies have a crispy crust and are soft inside. For those who don't like very sweet cookies, I recommend slightly reducing the amount of sugar.
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 1½ glasses
- Baking Powder 1 tablespoon
- Butter 5 oz
- Sugar ⅓ glasses
- Brown Sugar ½ glasses
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Vanillin 1 tablespoon
- Salt a pinch
- Mini Chocolate Chips ½ glasses
- Cashew ½ glasses
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 355°F.
Step 2
Combine the flour, salt, baking powder, and set aside.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, take room temperature butter and combine it with sugar and vanilla until you achieve a smooth mixture. Gradually add the eggs while beating the mixture with a mixer. Add the flour and mix well.
Step 4
Add the nuts and chocolate pieces to the smooth batter.
Step 5
Place small round patties on a baking sheet, leaving 5 cm of space between each.
Step 6
Bake for 20 minutes until the cookies develop a light brown hue.
