Chocolate Cherry Muffins
Ingredients
- Butter 5 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Vanilla salt 0 oz
- Salt a pinch
- Wheat Flour 0 oz
- 70% Dark Chocolate 5 oz
- Frozen Cherimoya Fruits 5 oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Melt the chocolate with the butter, beat the eggs with the sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt. Gradually add the chocolate-butter mixture in parts. Finally, add the flour.
Step 2
Mix everything thoroughly. Grease the muffin tins with butter (I used special paper liners that don't need greasing), spoon the batter in, and place a cherry in the middle (I used frozen cherries without thawing them).
Step 3
Place in an oven preheated to 355°F for 10–15 minutes. Check for doneness — the center should be liquid!
