Ingredients
- Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
- Cocoa Powder 0 oz
- Corn Starch 4 tablespoons
- Sugar 10 oz
- 20% Sour Cream 15 oz
- Cookie 10 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese 15 oz
- Mini Chocolate Chips 5 oz
- Farm fresh eggs 3 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 330°F.
Step 2
Line a baking tray with parchment paper and spray it with vegetable oil.
Step 3
Crush the cookies in a food processor until they are fine crumbs and spread them over the tray.
Step 4
Press them down slightly. Mix the sour cream and cheese, add sugar and cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and cornstarch, and beat in the eggs one at a time.
Step 5
Pour the mixture onto the prepared tray.
Step 6
Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
Step 7
Bake for 35–40 minutes. Let cool for an hour, then cut into small pieces.
