Ingredients
- Liquid dark chocolate 15 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Bittersweet Chocolate 0 oz
- Instant coffee 2 spoons
- Sugar 3 glasses
- Condensed Milk 10 oz
- Walnuts 0 oz
- Vanilla extract 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Line a rectangular baking dish with foil. In a bowl, combine chopped dark chocolate, butter, chopped bittersweet chocolate, and instant coffee.
Step 2
In a saucepan, combine sweetened condensed milk and sugar, bring to a boil over medium heat, and stir until the sugar dissolves. Cook until the temperature reaches 212 degrees Fahrenheit, stirring constantly for about 10 minutes. Quickly pour the mixture into the chocolate mass and stir until smooth, then add vanilla and coarsely chopped nuts.
Step 3
Spread the mixture evenly in a mold and place it in the refrigerator, uncovered, for 3 hours.
Step 4
Remove from the mold by holding onto the foil and cut into small squares. Chill again.
