Ingredients

  • Butter 3 tablespoons
  • Powdered Sugar 2 cups
  • Liquid dark chocolate 15 oz
  • Peanut Butter 10 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Take about 36 small paper candy cups (like muffin cups, but smaller).

Step 2

In a bowl, use a mixer to beat the sugar with the peanut butter and softened butter until smooth. Transfer to a piping bag.

Step 3

Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and let it cool slightly.

Step 4

Using a small brush, coat the bottom and sides of the cups with a thin layer of chocolate to create a chocolate shell. Chill for 10 minutes until set.

Step 5

Fill the chocolate cups three-quarters full with peanut butter cream. Top with melted chocolate. Chill for 15-20 minutes until fully set.

Step 6

Before serving, remove from the refrigerator, carefully peel off the cups, and serve cold.
