- Chocolate Gingerbread Cookies 15 oz
- Condensed Milk 5 oz
- Cocoa Powder 2 tablespoons
- Butter 5 oz
- Brandy 1 tablespoon
- Ground dried cherries 0 oz

Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Crush the chocolate cookies in a meat grinder. Mix the condensed milk with the butter until smooth. Add cocoa powder and brandy, and mix again until homogeneous. Combine the mixture with the cookies and knead the dough.
Step 2
Wrap one dried or cocktail cherry in the dough and form a small ball. You should get about 20 candies/cakes. Place them on a board and refrigerate for 2 hours.
