Ingredients
- Butter 5 oz
- Liquid dark chocolate 5 oz
- Raw cane sugar 5 oz
- Farm fresh eggs 2 pieces
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Vanillin 1 teaspoon
- Salt a pinch
- Walnuts 12 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Break the chocolate into small pieces. In a bowl, combine the chocolate, sugar, and room temperature butter.
Step 2
Melt the chocolate, butter, and sugar in a water bath until smooth.
Step 3
Whisk together the chocolate mixture and the eggs.
Step 4
Add flour, salt, and vanillin to the chocolate mixture. Mix well.
Step 5
Pour the chocolate batter into a 23 cm diameter baking pan.
Step 6
Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 340°F for 30 minutes.
