Chocolate Cake with Strawberries and Cream
Ingredients
- Sugar 1½ cups
- Margarine 10 oz
- Farm fresh eggs 6 pieces
- Activated Baking Soda 1 teaspoon
- Wheat Flour 2 cups
- Cocoa Powder 3 teaspoons
- Butter 10 oz
- Milk 2 cups
- Semolina 3 tablespoons
- Strawberry 15 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Melt the margarine.
Step 2
Add sugar and mix. Add the eggs one by one.
Step 3
Add the baking soda.
Step 4
Gradually add the flour.
Step 5
Divide the dough into two parts. Add cocoa to one part.
Step 6
Bake two layers in an oven preheated to 355°F for 35–40 minutes. Let cool. Cut each layer in half.
Step 7
Cream the butter with sugar.
Step 8
Cook semolina porridge using 2 tablespoons of milk and 3 tablespoons of semolina. Let cool.
Step 9
Cut the strawberries into small pieces and add them to the cooled porridge.
Step 10
Gradually add the butter and sugar mixture.
Step 11
Whip the cream and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Step 12
Then, alternately spread the cream on all layers of the cake.
Step 13
Pour melted chocolate over the top layer and decorate with strawberries.
