Chocolate cake with strawberries
Ingredients
- Liquid dark chocolate 10 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 0 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Vanilla salt 1 tablespoon
- Chicken Egg 3 pieces
- Strawberry 20 oz
- Fresh Mint to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Sift the flour and mix it with the sugar. Add the eggs one at a time and beat well.
Step 2
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and add it to the flour mixture. Mix well.
Step 3
Line the bottom of a round baking pan with parchment paper, grease it with butter, and pour in the batter.
Step 4
Place in the oven for 15 minutes. Remove and let cool.
Step 5
Slice the strawberries and arrange them on the cake base.
Step 6
For the glaze, melt the chocolate in a double boiler and pour it over the cake. Decorate with mint leaves.
