Description

The layers are similar to brownies, and I really love the cream made from Philadelphia cream cheese, which combines perfectly for an excellent taste! You can make the layers like brownies. I tried it that way, and it was also very delicious! http://example.com/recipe43831

Ingredients

  • Liquid dark chocolate 5 oz
  • Wheat Flour 15 oz
  • Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
  • Sugar 5 oz
  • Muscovado Sugar 5 oz
  • Chocolate eggs 3 pieces
  • Sour Cream 10 oz
  • Milk 5 fl oz
  • Vanillin to taste
  • Philadelphia Cheese 20 oz
  • Butter 5 oz
  • Powdered Sugar 0 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 340°F.

Step 2

Melt 150 grams of chocolate in a water bath.

Step 3

In a bowl, mix the flour with the baking powder.

Step 4

In another bowl, beat the butter with both types of sugar using a mixer on low speed. Continue beating, adding the eggs one at a time, then the sour cream and melted chocolate. Mix until smooth.

Step 5

Add the flour mixture, milk, and vanillin to the butter mixture. Continue mixing until the batter is smooth. The dough will be thick. Grease a baking pan with butter and lightly dust with flour.

Step 6

Spoon half of the batter into the pan. Smooth the top. Place the pan in the oven for 30–40 minutes. Check for doneness with a toothpick; it should come out dry. Prepare the second layer in the same way.

Step 7

While the first layer is baking, prepare the cream. For this, mix the Philadelphia cheese with the butter and powdered sugar using a mixer. Mix until the butter is incorporated and there are no lumps. Place the cream in the refrigerator to set.

Step 8

Let the finished layers cool, then cut each one in half with a thread to make 4 layers, and spread cream on top of each. Stack the layers on top of each other. Decorate the top with the remaining chocolate, grated on a coarse grater.

Step 9

Leave the cake in a cool place for a few hours, preferably overnight.
