Ingredients
- Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande 10 oz
- Cheese Spread 4 spoons
- Sugar 5 oz
- Chicken Egg 3 pieces
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Natural Yogurt 5 fl oz
- Baking Powder 0 oz
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Cocoa Powder 0 oz
- Vanilla salt 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
To prepare the cream, mix the mascarpone and Nutella in a bowl and refrigerate for half an hour; this will help it firm up a bit.
Step 2
Whisk the eggs with sugar.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, combine milk and natural yogurt without any additives, then add the baking powder.
Step 4
Pour the milk-yogurt mixture into the egg mixture. Add 50 grams of cocoa powder and vanilla sugar, and mix well. Sift the flour into the mixture, combine using a mixer, and pour into a round baking pan with a diameter of approximately 30–35 cm, to ensure the cake layer is neither too thick nor too thin.
Step 5
Place the dough in an oven preheated to 355°F for forty minutes. Allow the finished cake layer to cool for about half an hour, then cut it in half horizontally using a wire cake cutter, which is similar but smaller than those used for cheese.
Step 6
Spread one half of the cake with a cream made of mascarpone and Nutella, cover it with the second half, and refrigerate for at least two hours.
Step 7
Before serving, dust the top with the remaining cocoa powder.
