Ingredients
- Farm fresh eggs 4 pieces
- Water 1 tablespoon
- Sugar 5 oz
- Melted Cheese 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 0 oz
- Cocoa Powder 0 oz
- Milk 15 fl oz
- Salt a pinch
- Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
- Vinegar essence 1 teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 320°F. Grease the cake pan with butter and dust with flour.
Step 2
Separate the egg whites and yolks. Add a tablespoon of water and sugar to the yolks. Whip at high speed until light and creamy.
Step 3
Add the melted butter, vanilla extract, and salt. Continue to whip until smooth.
Step 4
Mix the cocoa powder and flour, then gradually add to the main mixture. Pour in the warmed milk. Whip everything until homogeneous.
Step 5
Now wash the whisk from the mixer and beat the egg whites with vinegar until stiff peaks form. Gradually fold the egg whites into the batter.
Step 6
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 60 minutes. The center of the cake will be slightly liquid, but that's normal.
Step 7
Let it cool completely and slice.
