  • Butter 5 oz
  • Brown Sugar 5 oz
  • Liquid dark chocolate 5 oz
  • Cocoa Powder 0 oz
  • Milk 5 fl oz
  • Wheat Flour 5 oz
  • Farm fresh eggs 3 pieces
  • Baking Powder ¼ teaspoon
  • Salt a pinch

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 355°F. Grease the baking pan with butter and dust with flour.

Step 2

Melt the chocolate (100 g), butter (150 g), sugar, cocoa, and milk in a double boiler. Remove from heat and stir until a smooth mixture forms. Let cool for 5 minutes.

Step 3

Add the eggs one at a time, then add the sifted flour with salt and baking powder, and knead the dough.

Step 4

Transfer the dough to the pan and bake for 40 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.

Step 5

For the ganache, melt the chocolate (100 g) in a double boiler. Remove from heat and add the softened butter (50 g), stirring to combine. Let the finished cake cool, cover with ganache, let sit for 5 minutes, and serve with vanilla yogurt or ice cream.
