Ingredients
- Walnuts 5 oz
- Dates 5 oz
- Butter 1 tablespoon
- Macadamia Nuts 5 oz
- Mineral water 0.3 cup
- Ghee 5 oz
- Chocolate 5 oz
- Honey 6 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
For the base, blend the first 3 ingredients (walnuts, dates, and butter) in a blender for about a minute (S-shaped blade).
Step 2
Spread this mixture on the bottom of a mold. Place it in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.
Step 3
Soak the cashews for 1–2 hours. Afterward, rinse the nuts in cold water and blend them with water and honey until smooth.
Step 4
Melt the chocolate and ghee in a double boiler. Add this mixture to the blender and blend again. Taste the cream, and if it is too sweet, add a little cocoa powder.
Step 5
Pour the cream over the base and return it to the refrigerator for 4–5 hours.
