Chocolate Cake with Cream in a Slow Cooker
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Chicken Eggs 2 pieces
- Sour Cream 0 fl oz
- Baking Powder 0 oz
- Vanillin 0 oz
- Dark Chocolate 1 piece
- Milk 0 fl oz
- Sunflower Oil to taste
- Sugar 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Melt the chocolate bar in the milk.
Step 2
Beat the eggs with sugar using a mixer, add baking powder, 30 ml of sour cream, and 7 g of vanillin (I have a packet — 7 g). Mix everything thoroughly.
Step 3
Add the melted chocolate and flour, mix thoroughly.
Step 4
Grease the bowl with sunflower oil (NOT butter or margarine!), pour in the resulting mixture. Bake for 1 hour.
Step 5
After the cake has cooled, cut it in half and spread cream on it.
Step 6
Cream: whip 30 ml of sour cream, vanillin (7 g), and 30 g of sugar.
