Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
To prepare the balls, mix the cottage cheese with 50 grams of sugar, 3 tablespoons of cornstarch, shredded coconut, and egg yolks. Mix well until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Form into balls.

For the batter, separate the egg whites from the yolks.
Step 3
Beat the yolks with sugar and vanilla sugar until light and smooth. Add sifted flour, 2 tablespoons of cornstarch, baking powder, cocoa, and salt. Mix well.

Beat the egg whites with 30 grams of sugar until stiff peaks form. Gently fold into the mixture using a spatula, moving from top to bottom to combine.
Step 5
Line a baking dish with parchment paper, place the balls inside. Pour the chocolate mixture on top.

Bake at 355°F for 30-40 minutes.
