- Milk 5 fl oz
- Chicken Egg 3 pieces

- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Champagne Vinegar 1 tablespoon
- Cocoa Powder 5 oz
- Ground Cinnamon 0 oz
- Activated Baking Soda 1 tablespoon
- Sugar 10 oz
- Powdered Sugar 10 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil.
Step 2
In a saucepan, bring cocoa powder (70 g), butter (150 g), and half a cup of water to a boil. Cook, stirring, for about seven minutes, then let cool.

Combine the milk (150 ml) and vinegar. Let it sit for ten minutes. Whisk together the milk and eggs. Mix the flour, sugar, cinnamon, and baking soda. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients until smooth. Pour the batter into a baking dish and bake for about thirty minutes at 355°F.
Step 4
For the glaze, mix the powdered sugar and cocoa powder (30 g). Bring the milk (50 ml) to a boil with the butter (100 g), stirring to combine. Pour the glaze over the cake and let it sit for thirty minutes.
