- Sugar 10 oz
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Cocoa Powder 9 tablespoons
- Farm fresh eggs 2 pieces
- Baking Powder 2 teaspoons
- Wheat Flour 1 cup
- Sour Cream 2 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Melt the butter (150 g) over low heat, add the sugar (150 g), milk, and cocoa (5 tablespoons). Stir constantly until it reaches a boil, but do not boil. Remove from heat and let cool.
Step 2
Add the sifted flour with baking powder and eggs to the mixture. Mix until there are no lumps. The consistency should resemble pancake batter. Line the baking pan with foil, and spray a silicone pan with water. Pour the batter into the pan and place it in a preheated oven at 355°F for 40 minutes. For the sauce, melt the butter (30 g) over low heat, add the sugar (80 g), sour cream, and cocoa (4 tablespoons). Stir constantly until it reaches a boil, then remove from heat.
Step 3
Place the finished cake on a plate, drizzle with sauce, and you can cut it open and spread some sauce inside.
