
Chocolate Cake with Cherry Juice

Ingredients
- Egg white 3 pieces
- Butter 5 oz
- Sugar 0 oz
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
- Liquid dark chocolate 5 oz
- Cream 0 fl oz
- Chili jam 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Melt the chocolate (60 g) in advance. Whip the butter with sugar. Add the eggs one at a time, lightly whisking. Mix the warm chocolate with cherry juice.
Step 2
Add to the egg-butter mixture. Lightly beat with a mixer on medium speed. Add the flour and baking powder, mixing until smooth.
Step 3
Line the cake pan with parchment paper, grease with butter, pour in the prepared batter, and bake. Set the temperature to 180°C in your oven. Bake for 40 minutes.
Step 4
For the ganache, melt the chocolate (150 g) together with the cream. Cool and spread with chocolate ganache.
