Ingredients
- Butter 5 oz
- Bittersweet Chocolate 5 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Whole egg 3 pieces
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Wheat Flour 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler, add the butter, and stir.
Step 2
Beat the eggs with sugar.
Step 3
Mix the eggs with the chocolate-cream mixture and add the sifted flour.
Step 4
Pour the batter into the greased molds and place them in the refrigerator for at least an hour (preferably overnight).
Step 5
Bake at 390°F for 10 minutes (the center should remain liquid).
