Chocolate Cake
Ingredients
- Sugar 5 oz
- Farm fresh eggs 4 pieces
- Butter 5 oz
- Activated Baking Soda 1 teaspoon
- Walnuts 5 oz
- Liquid dark chocolate 5 oz
- Sour Cream 2 tablespoons
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cream the butter with sugar, add the eggs, and mix well.
Step 2
Gradually add the flour mixed with baking soda to the mixture, kneading a soft dough.
Step 3
Set aside a few walnuts for decoration, crush the rest and add to the dough. Chop half of the chocolate, add to the dough, and mix until homogeneous.
Step 4
Transfer the dough to a greased baking pan.
Step 5
Bake in a preheated oven at 180–390°F until cooked through.
Step 6
Melt the remaining chocolate in a water bath, add the sour cream, and mix well. Pour over the finished cake.
