- Butter 5 oz
- Sugar 10 oz
- Farm fresh eggs 3 pieces
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
- Nuts 5 oz
- Powdered Sugar to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 355°F. Break the chocolate into small pieces and melt it in a hot water bath with the butter, stirring.
Step 2
Beat the eggs with the sugar until fluffy and light. Gradually mix in the slightly cooled melted chocolate. Add the sifted flour, baking powder, and nuts, and mix well.
Step 3
Pour the mixture into a greased rectangular baking dish (20*30 cm), smooth the top, and bake for 30 minutes. Once cooled, dust the cake with powdered sugar and cut it into 20 squares.
