- Farm fresh eggs 3 pieces
- 70% Dark Chocolate 5 oz

Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Line a baking dish approximately 30x20 cm with parchment paper. Set aside one chocolate bar for the glaze.
Step 2
Place a bowl with butter and chocolate over a water bath and melt until smooth.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, mix sugar, flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
Step 4
Incorporate the dry mixture into the melted chocolate mixture.
Step 5
Whisk the eggs well with a mixer and add them to the chocolate mixture, mixing everything together again until the mixture thickens.
Step 6
Preheat the oven to 355°F.
Step 7
Pour in the beer and stir until the mixture becomes 'silky'.
Step 8
Pour the resulting mixture into the baking dish and bake for about 25 minutes. The batter should be firm and springy but remain slightly moist inside.
