Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
- Liquid dark chocolate 5 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
- Farm fresh eggs 3 pieces
- Salt a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Place the chocolate and butter in a bowl and melt them either in a water bath or in the microwave until fully dissolved (a homogeneous mass).
Step 2
In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar and vanilla extract until the mixture lightens in color. Continue whisking the egg mixture and gradually pour in the chocolate mixture.
Step 3
Combine the flour, salt, and baking powder, then add to the egg-chocolate mixture, mixing with a spatula or whisk.
Step 4
Take any baking pan, line it with parchment paper, pour in the batter, and optionally sprinkle nuts on top.
Step 5
Preheat the oven to 355°F (350 degrees Fahrenheit) and bake the brownies for 25–30 minutes.
Step 6
Remove from the oven, let cool for about 20 minutes — and enjoy.
