Ingredients
- Butter 5 oz
- Chopped almonds 5 oz
- White Chocolate 5 oz
- Liquid dark chocolate 5 oz
- Brown Sugar 10 oz
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Farm fresh eggs 2 pieces
- Salt ½ teaspoon
- Vanillin 3 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Melt the butter, bring it to a light boil, and keep it on the heat until a nutty aroma appears.
Step 2
Chop the macadamia nuts with a knife.
Step 3
Chop the chocolate with a knife.
Step 4
Mix the sugar with the butter.
Step 5
Sift the flour and salt.
Step 6
Mix the eggs and vanillin.
Step 7
Knead the dough. Combine the egg and butter mixtures. Add the flour and knead the dough with a spatula. Fold in the chopped nuts and chocolate.
Step 8
Grease a rimmed baking sheet with butter and line it with parchment paper. Spread the dough in the baking sheet and smooth it out. Bake in a preheated oven at 390°F for 28–35 minutes.
Step 9
Once the baked goods have cooled, cut them into cubes.
