Description
Instead of cocoa powder, you can use melted chocolate.
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 1 cup
- Cocoa Powder ½ cup
- Sugar 0.7 cups
- Butter 0 oz
- Farm fresh eggs 2 pieces
- Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
- Powdered Sugar ¼ cup
- Vanillin ½ teaspoon
- Salt ¼ teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, vanillin, and salt.
Step 2
Beat the softened butter with sugar and eggs.
Step 3
Gradually add the dry mixture and mix well.
Step 4
Chill the dough in the refrigerator for 2–4 hours (or even overnight).
Step 5
Form small balls from the chilled dough and roll them in powdered sugar.
Step 6
Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 355°F for about 15 minutes.
