Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Bittersweet Chocolate 5 oz
- Cocoa Powder ¼ cup
- Salted Butter 0 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Farm fresh eggs 3 pieces
- Salt a pinch
- Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
- Sour Cream 2 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Let it cool slightly. Sift the flour and cocoa separately.
Step 2
Beat the butter, add sugar, salt, sour cream, and incorporate the eggs. Add vanilla and chocolate. Fold in the flour and cocoa. Mix everything gently.
Step 3
Pour the batter into a mold (I poured it into small molds), and bake until done at 355°F.
