Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Beat the egg with sugar, then add and whisk in the milk, cocoa, flour, salt, baking powder, and oil until well combined.

Step 2

Chop the chocolate into pieces and mix well.

Step 3

Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.

Step 4

For a delicious crust, brush with a mixture of 2 tablespoons of cocoa, 1 tablespoon of butter, 2 tablespoons of milk, and 4 tablespoons of sugar.

Step 5

Bake, pricking it, for 40 minutes at 355°F.
